Narda Safety Test Solutions GmbH has been producing professional test equipment for many years. It is our declared aim to provide our customers with high quality, reliable test equipment to suit their requirements.

Our instruments and probes are characterized by their technical innovation coupled with their robustness and long working life. To keep pace with technical developments and new challenges, we are continually checking the performance, ease of use and technological status of all our products.

Even products that have been successful for many years cannot be produced forever, e.g. as a result of changes in customer requirements, or because electronic components are no longer available, or the overall progress in technology means a new development is necessary.

We also carefully plan ahead for the discontinuation of existing products when we introduce new ones to ensure the security of your equipment investments.

We divide the entire life cycle of each product from the initial idea through to the end into ten phases. The last three phases are:

• Phase 8: End of production
• Phase 9: Guaranteed service availability: Calibration, repairs, and stocking of spare parts
• Phase 10: Cessation of all activities for the product. Calibration still possible, repairs possible subject to the availability of spare parts.
