Our instruments are designed for many years of professional use under tough conditions. If, despite this, repairs become necessary, we will carry these out in one of our own factories.
Comprehensive repairs may also necessitate a factory calibration to ensure that you receive your instrument back “as new”.
To ensure speedy service, we have divided repair work into two categories: minor and major repairs.
Minor repairs usually of mechanical faults at a fixed price.
More extensive repairs at a fixed price.
If a major repair is no longer economically viable, we will contact you and discuss with you how best to proceed in order to solve the problem.
In each case, the decision whether a repair is major or minor rests solely with the Narda Safety Test Solutions GmbH Service Center following a comprehensive function test. You will receive a corresponding estimate following this test.
Every repair includes a comprehensive function test and preventive maintenance to improve the operational reliability and prevent possible failures. Any irregularities will also be eliminated. You can also request a firmware update at the same time.
Only we as the manufacturer can offer this comprehensive service. You will therefore receive 6 months warranty on every repair made by us.

Our sales partner will also advise you, prepare a cost estimate after consulting us and provide support for processing and shipping your order.
