Extended warranty
CarePackages provide you with an easy way to extend the warranty of the product at the time of purchase. Since an extended warranty only remains valid if a factory calibration is performed at the recommended intervals, this service is also included in the package.
The following packages are available:
CarePackage Bronze comprises:
- Standard 24 month warranty
- 1 factory calibration 24 months after the date of purchase
CarePackage Silver comprises:
- 12 months extended warranty to give a total warranty of 36 months
- 1 factory calibration 24 months* after the date of purchase
CarePackage Gold comprises:
- 24 months extended warranty to give a total warranty of 48 months
- 2 factory calibrations, 24 and 48 months* after the date of purchase
We recommend re-calibration every 24 months. This is a condition that must be met for any extension of the warranty of our products. The necessary factory calibrations are part of the extended warranty and are included in the package.
- * The RadMan is an exception to the recommended re-calibration interval of 24 months. The recommended interval for RadMan is 3 years. CarePackages for RadMan are adjusted accordingly.
